I have to say that I simply lucked out in finding Punalei. We were moving from So. Florida to Olympia. RE Agent Punalei listened to the needs my partner and i identified for a new first home. She hit it out of the park with the first and only property she showed us. She did have other properties lined up to show us. Though when she opened the front door of our future home she and my partner had to push pull me in i was so struck by the perfect everything we had asked for; up to and including the fenced back yard for my large guardian breed of Tibetan Mastiff!! Well, I’ve just gone through a rather grueling process in purchasing a house. I finally used my VA loan and the situation was very pleasantly handled by a very good friend of mine, Punalei McLean. We’ve known one another since high school and she walked me through the entire process of purchasing property in the US, even though I’m doing it from overseas. The people to whom she referred me for various parts of the process have all been very competent and helpful. I’ve never done this before, and she was a godsend. I mostly just had to sign papers electronically. There was a bit of a hassle trying to transfer funds, but she helped me to work through that quite easily. So, if you’re in Washington State and need to buy or sell, I would highly recommend Punalei. She’s shown me many excellent properties and, when I found one that fit, helped me acquire it quickly and efficiently.
